Your Growth Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:

• Interact with site walk-in clients and guide them with detailed project knowledge
  
• Achieve individual and team sales targets with structured support
  
• Follow up and nurture prospects until closure
  
• Build long-term client relationships to generate referrals
  
• Stay updated on Punes real estate market trends
  
• Collaborate with marketing and senior sales managers for better conversions
  
• Maintain professional daily/weekly performance reporting
  

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Real Estate (Residential/Commercial preferred)
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven attitude
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office
  
• Basic understanding of the real estate market
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
