Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitors.
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and other sales materials.
• Manage the sales process through CRM software and other tools.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Regularly visit retailers as per the beat plan and identify new market potential.
• Make at least 25-30 calls per day and provide updates on competitors.
• Identify new business opportunities in retailer sales and convert them into clients, collecting payments as per agreed terms.
• Demonstrate focused and new articles and collect primary-secondary orders, providing secondary orders to distributors and tracking dispatches from distributor to retailer.
• Possess good communication skills and experience in distributor handling.
• Negotiate and demonstrate basic understanding of marketing and product demonstration.
• Be a fast learner with good decision-making skills and passion for sales, preferably in FMCG.
• Must have a two-wheeler and driving license.

• Graduate degree in any field.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in field sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing and product demonstration.
• Passionate about sales, with a focus on achieving targets and growing the business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
