Job Summary Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
  
  
• Visit project sites, contractors, builders, architects, and consultants to generate sales
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  
  
• Promote and sell the company s building and steel products
  
  
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely closures
  
  
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities
  
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
  
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
  
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, steel, construction, or related industries
  
  
• Experience in handling project sales is mandatory
  
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  
  
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer network
  
  
• Own vehicle is mandatory for field visits
