Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Customer Coordination Executive to manage production planning, customer communication, dispatch coordination, and order tracking. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer Purchase Orders (POs) and prepare production plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability and production schedules are met.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and requirements.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely execution and dispatch.
• Manage dispatch planning and coordinate logistics for on-time deliveries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to orders, production, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and order tracking systems.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement in planning and coordination processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Commerce preferred).
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Customer Coordination, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
