Job Description
The Sales Executive will identify and secure new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and promote our engineering solutions prioritising energy efficiency and operational savings.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities, understand product offerings, and conduct market research.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships, provide technical insights, and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Technical Consultative Selling: Present products, conduct demonstrations, and prepare customised proposals focusing on energy conservation and sustainable engineering.
- Reporting Analytics: Track and report sales performance, monitor competitors, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaboration Coordination: Work closely with service engineers, operations, and marketing for seamless project execution and promotions.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) (Preferable).
- 2+ years of experience in industrial equipment sales, ideally compressed air solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication and a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Customer-centric with strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
