Role Overview


Core Responsibilities & Expected Results

1. Enterprise Sales & Business Development 45%

Responsibilities:

  • Sell POS Centrals full POS hardware portfolio, including POS terminals, PDTs, kiosks, printers, cash drawers, display screens, software resale, payments, and support services.
  • Acquire new enterprise customers across F&B, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, and Logistics.
  • Build relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leads, and Operations Teams.
  • Target large enterprise chains such as Jubilant FoodWorks, Devyani International Limited, Eversub India, Restaurant Brands Asia, Westlife FoodWorld, Connaught Plaza Restaurants, Oberoi Hotels, Hilton, Taj, and similar groups.

2. Account Management & Growth 25%

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Drive repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Identify rollout, replacement, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships across IT, procurement, operations, and leadership teams.

3. Sales Execution & Market Intelligence — 20%

Responsibilities:

  • Present product demos, solution walkthroughs, and proposals.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, customer objections, and market trends.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across POS hardware, software, payments, and support services.
  • Support management with customer insights and sales feedback.

4. CRM, Reporting & Internal Coordination — 10%

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Share weekly sales reports with pipeline status and next actions.
  • Coordinate with presales, logistics, support, finance, and operations for smooth execution.
  • Ensure proper handover after order confirmation.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • 2–3 years of enterprise sales experience in POS hardware, IT hardware, or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise or multi-location customers.
  • Existing relationships in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, or Logistics.
  • Strong understanding of POS products, including billing terminals, PDTs, printers, cash drawers, kiosks, display screens, software resale, payments, and support services.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and close sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and enterprise engagement.

Preferred

  • Direct experience with large chains such as Jubilant FoodWorks, Devyani International Limited, Eversub India, Restaurant Brands Asia, Westlife FoodWorld, Connaught Plaza Restaurants, Oberoi Hotels, Hilton, Taj, or similar enterprise customers.
  • Experience managing demos, proposals, pilots, pricing discussions, and multi-location rollouts.
  • Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and sales reporting.
