About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, and field visits
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Report sales activities and market feedback to the reporting manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in sales or business development preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
