Role Overview


The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  2. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers to achieve sales targets.
  3. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  5. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  6. Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Diploma - ECE, EEE, Mechnacial,CSE,IT & BBA
0.6 - 1 years of experience in business development / sales Marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in [Drone / Aerospace / Technical sales preferred]
