Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Diploma - ECE, EEE, Mechnacial,CSE,IT & BBA
0.6 - 1 years of experience in business development / sales Marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in [Drone / Aerospace / Technical sales preferred]
