Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, process-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Mumbai team. Unlike traditional high-pressure sales roles, this position focuses on authentic consulting, relationship building, and end-to-end account management.
Your pipeline will be heavily supported by the company, You will own the client journey from initial discovery to closing and onboarding, working hand-in-hand with our expert marketing team to craft winning strategies.
Key Responsibilities & Routine
- Lead Management: Efficiently handle incoming leads while maintaining a consistent pipeline.
- Consultative Discovery: Deep-dive into client businesses to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Strategy & Proposal Creation: Partner with our internal marketing team to develop comprehensive proposals, media plans, brand planning, and custom Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- The Pitch & Close: Present strategies to prospective clients. While desk-based research and planning dominate your routine, you will head into the field only when a client requests an in-person meeting.
- End-to-End Onboarding: Smoothly transition closed deals into active projects by handling agreements, conducting client Knowledge Transfers (KT), and delivering internal briefs to the execution team.
- Account Nurturing (Optional but Preferred): Keep a pulse on active retainer portfolios to identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and long-term brand growth.

Qualifications & Skills
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of (or a strong willingness to learn) core digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development).
- Process-Driven Mindset: Ability to manage a structured sales cycle from discovery to onboarding.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for drafting strategy documents, proposals, and presenting to stakeholders.
- Collaboration Skills: A team player who can easily translate a clients vision into an actionable brief for our technical marketing teams.
- Background: Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in a digital agency setup is a distinct advantage.
