Job Description
- Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Conduct advanced sales negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to improve overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations) to support deal execution.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline data, and market trends to support decision-making.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business negotiations.
- Handle management-assigned strategic sales projects and initiatives.
