Job Description

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Identify, develop, and close high-value sales opportunities and strategic deals.
  • Conduct advanced sales negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to improve overall sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations) to support deal execution.
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline data, and market trends to support decision-making.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business negotiations.
  • Handle management-assigned strategic sales projects and initiatives.
