Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
• Meet potential clients to understand their IT infrastructure and business requirements.
• Promote IT Infrastructure Solutions, Networking, CCTV, Wi-Fi, Cloud Solutions, AMC, and Managed IT Services.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations with clients.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and presales teams for solution design and proposal preparation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
