Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from clients and vendors
- Should keep a record of feedback mails/phones (communication channels)
- Conduct corporate presentations, prepare proposals, and maintain all sales-related documents.
- Experience in Brand promotion tele-calling would be an added advantage
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Real-Estate in pre-sales or any sales field.
- Any graduate or undergraduate degree in any specialisation (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Should have basic knowledge of Sales
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Should be able to work with a team
- Upsell when appropriate
- Self-motivated and Comprehensive Real Estate experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
