Job Title: Demat Account Executive Client Onboarding
Job Description:
Finnovationz is hiring experienced Demat Account Executives who can handle complete client onboarding process including Demat account opening, KYC completion, documentation, and activation.The role requires managing client communication, ensuring smooth onboarding experience, and coordinating with internal teams and DP/Broker for timely account activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Demat account opening process
- Assist clients with KYC and required documentation
- Call clients and guide them through onboarding steps
- Ensure follow-ups until account activation is completed
- Coordinate with internal teams and DP/Broker
- Maintain proper CRM updates and records
Required Skills
- 02 years experience in Demat account opening / onboarding
- Strong knowledge of KYC and Demat processes
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Marathi preferred)
- Confident in calling and client handling
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Basic understanding of finance/investing
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DP/Broker or financial onboarding
- CRM and Excel knowledge
- Understanding of investment basics
