Position: Sales Executive (Project)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Executive with strong experience in project sales. The ideal candidate should have a well-established network with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, builders, and fabricators. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth through project-based sales activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new project sales opportunities in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, builders, fabricators, and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market visits and meetings with clients to understand their project requirements.
  • Promote company products and provide suitable solutions for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate with channel partners to ensure smooth execution and timely closure of sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track project progress.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients from lead generation to project closure.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, interiors, or related industry.
  • Established network with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, builders, and fabricators.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to convert opportunities into successful closures.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Good market knowledge and understanding of project sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and market development.

Preferred Experience:

  • 26 years of experience in project sales or B2B sales.
  • Experience in handling dealer/distributor networks and Project sales experience.
