Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.
• Manage existing customer relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell potential and increase revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, logistics) to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in admixture or construction chemical sales.
• Strong understanding of technical sales principles and ability to communicate complex product information effectively.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams.
