ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on interested leads provided by the company (no cold calling)
• Call customers, understand their insurance requirements, and offer suitable solutions
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Maintain customer follow-ups and ensure end-to-end closure
• Achieve daily/monthly sales and revenue targets
• Provide excellent customer experience during and after the sale
• Maintain records and update CRM regularly

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
• Language: Marathi mandatory
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
