Job Description
Role & responsibilities Customer Service • Adherence Customer Service standards (as per the Customer Service Excellence Module) • Acknowledge customer with a smile and always greet • Feedback on merchandise and customer needs/price/competition Merchandising • Stock receiving & verification of stocks • All items must carry right barcode, price tags and security tags • Merchandise to be kept uniformly and neatly • Ensure proper display and highlight New Arrivals • Visual display as per standards Stock Maintenance & Replenishment • Stock replenishments & maintenance. • Check all merchandise on display to ensure that no defective merchandise have been supplied • Give requirement of fast moving styles to Supervisor/MC • Monitor & report stock loss due to theft by customers/ staff or due to carelessness and negligence. Cleanliness & Maintenance • Cleanliness, Dusting & fixture maintenance • Cleaning material given must be maintained and stored neatly when not in use • Keep the floor area free from any obstacles Workplace Services • Maintenance of records in the department • Global count/ perpetual to be conducted as per set processes • WBC/ Damage segregation • Segregation and scanning of stocks for PRN/ RSTN/ POD
Preferred candidate profile
Sales experience from Furniture and Home Furnishing will be preferable
