Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our General
Insurance sales team. In this role, your primary focus will be to identify, onboard, and
manage strategic partners (Brokers, Agents, Auto Dealerships, NBFCs, and Digital
Aggregators) to drive the sales of our retail and commercial general insurance products.
The ideal candidate will excel at relationship-building, understand channel economics, and
have a proven track record of enabling partners to hit aggressive sales milestones.
Key Responsibilities


Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, pitch to, and sign up new strategic partners
(e.g., local brokers, motor dealers, cooperative banks, and digital platforms) to expand our
distribution network.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners,
ensuring high engagement, resolving operational issues, and maintaining strong, long-term
business ties.


Sales Drive & Revenue Growth: Collaboratively set monthly and quarterly sales targets
with partners and actively help them achieve these goals through joint market planning.
Training & Enablement: Educate partners and their internal sales teams on our product
offerings (Motor, Health, Fire, Marine, Travel), unique selling propositions, and digital portal
tools.


Market Compliance: Ensure all partner sales practices, documentation, and licensing adhere
strictly to local insurance regulatory guidelines.
Campaign Strategy: Design and execute performance-linked incentive programs and
marketing campaigns to boost partner productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications




Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience in General Insurance, specifically within
Channel Sales, Agency Management, or B2B/Partner Sales.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of General Insurance products (especially high-
volume lines like Motor and Health) and underwriting basics.
Network: An existing, active network of insurance brokers, agents, or point-of-sale persons
(POSPs) is highly desirable.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills to
connect with business owners and partners
