Designation: Sales Executive

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline within assigned accounts or territory.
  • Execute enterprise sales motions with long sales cycles (36 months).

2. Consultative Discovery & Solution Positioning

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand month-end close processes, reconciliations, consolidation workflows, reporting gaps, and system dependencies.
  • Translate customer challenges into clear business outcomes and measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with presales to design and deliver solution-focused demos and workshops.

3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Engage confidently with CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, and IT stakeholders.
  • Manage multi-level, multi-department relationships to drive alignment and deal progression.
  • Navigate procurement, security, and IT evaluation cycles.

4. Commercial Management

  • Prepare commercial proposals, business cases, and pricing models.
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers and procurement teams.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Presales, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
  • Provide market and customer insights to help shape product roadmap and GTM strategy.
