Designation: Sales Executive
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Pipeline Management
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline within assigned accounts or territory.
- Execute enterprise sales motions with long sales cycles (36 months).
2. Consultative Discovery & Solution Positioning
- Lead discovery sessions to understand month-end close processes, reconciliations, consolidation workflows, reporting gaps, and system dependencies.
- Translate customer challenges into clear business outcomes and measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with presales to design and deliver solution-focused demos and workshops.
3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Engage confidently with CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, and IT stakeholders.
- Manage multi-level, multi-department relationships to drive alignment and deal progression.
- Navigate procurement, security, and IT evaluation cycles.
4. Commercial Management
- Prepare commercial proposals, business cases, and pricing models.
- Lead contract negotiations with customers and procurement teams.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Presales, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
- Provide market and customer insights to help shape product roadmap and GTM strategy.
