Sales Executive

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at a jewellery shop in Bandra, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience and be able to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth.

• Welcome and direct customers to the store.
• Provide accurate information on products, including features, pricing, and after-sales services.
• Answer questions about specific products and services.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing decisions.
• Cross-sell products within the store to increase revenue.
• Manage merchandise returns and ensure displays and visual merchandising (VM) are fully stocked.
• Service loyalty program clients and coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service during peak times.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
• Stay updated with new products/services and present/sell company products and services to both new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers, reach agreed-up sales targets by deadlines, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, set follow-up appointments, and create sales material to present to customers.
• Sell products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with clients, and manage all point-of-sale activities in the showroom.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a jewellery or luxury retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of sales software and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Experience working with branded jewellery stores like Tanishq, Malabar, or similar reputable jewellery stores in Bandra, such as notandas, Anmol, mk, Dhanraj, popley, etc.
