Job Description

Role Overview

Kennect is looking for an experienced Sales Executive with 46 years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and converting qualified leads generated through marketing initiatives, partnerships, events, and inbound channels into paying customers. The candidate should have a proven track record of handling the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, stakeholder management, proposal discussions, negotiation, and contract closure. We are looking for professionals with experience in selling SaaS platforms or enterprise software solutions, with a strong understanding of product-led and value-based selling approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and convert inbound and marketing-qualified leads into revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer business challenges, processes, and requirements.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
  • Engage with business stakeholders across Sales, HR, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Leadership teams.
  • Build business cases and clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition of Kennect's Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management platform.
  • Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle from qualification to closure.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
  • Handle commercial discussions, proposal presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Preferred Background
  • Experience in selling software platforms, enterprise applications, HRTech, FinTech, SalesTech, Incentive Compensation, CRM, ERP, or related SaaS solutions.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have sold solutions to industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Enterprise Services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech preferred).
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and consultative selling.
  • Experience selling to CXOs, Business Heads, Sales Leaders, HR Leaders, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in revenue generation and deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
