Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople

Liaise with internal departments to ensure targets are met

Assist in crafting compelling sales presentations and proposals

Sell our full suite of services: Fine Arts logistics, Household Goods, Office Moving, Corporate Relocation

Keep up with the latest in the relocation/logistics industry

Analyze lost sales, customer accounts & generate timely sales reports

Forecast sales (monthly/quarterly/annual) and develop pricing schedules

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Formulate and implement sales policies and procedures

Participate in industry events, conventions, and trade meetings

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

Oversee and coordinate the move process end-to-end

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor s degree in business or a related field

Proven experience in planning and executing sales strategies

Strong understanding of the relocation/logistics/service industry

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities

Strong data analysis and market research capabilities

Minimum 3.5 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales role

Candidates from logistics/service/relocation industries will be given preference

Immediate joiners will be prioritized
