Job Description
Candidate Profile:
- Age: Up to 35 Yrs.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate.
- Experience / Segments: Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Development (Experience related to Modular, Furniture & Plywood Industry preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi & English
- Work Timing: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm (Monday-Saturday)
- Reporting to: BDM/TSM
Role Definition: As a Sales Executive your prime responsibility is to tap new customers, reassess existing client potential & explore new markets with an overall focus on revenue generation, resolving grievances and building of company image. Your key inputs will help strategize sales and pricing policy from time to time. Being part of our highly proactive sales team, you shall get an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Signage Industry, hone your sales techniques, enhance team collaboration etc.
Responsibility & Deliverables:
- Generating Revenue as per set targets.
- Practicing fair trade and always upholding the integrity of the company.
- Maintain Cordial relations with existing clients and build rapport with new clients.
- Scheduling of Calls, Visit Calendar, ensuring timely visits and effective reporting.
- Ensuring proper coordination with the Logistics team.
- Maintaining and updating database reports periodically.
- Stay updated with current market trends and competition analysis.
- Stay updated on current market trends and track competition strategies.
- Ensure customer complaints are well addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
