Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the Mumbai & Maharashtra region. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, Customer Visit ,Client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets in IT Solutions (Software, Hardware, Cloud & Services).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in Mumbai , Pune & West Region .
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMBs, and channel partners.
  • Promote IT solutions including Software Licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk etc.), Hardware, Cloud Services, Backup & Security solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams for solution delivery.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in IT / Software / Cloud / Hardware sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cloud Solutions, Backup, Cybersecurity (preferred).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Good understanding of Maharashtra market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
