Sales & Marketing Executive/ Business Development
Role Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Executive overlooks ad agencys work, assists in executing marketing campaigns, customer care, and building and converting leads.
Qualifications :
Graduate in any stream with a diploma in marketing management ( FEMALE CANDIDATE)
Experience: 4+ years in sales and marketing in FMCG Sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to individual customers and bulk enquiries via all channels.
- Customer care.
- Coordinate with the marketing lead to run campaigns and promotions.
- Support in pop-up events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain CRM data and generate sales reports.
- Follow up with leads and assist in onboarding new clients.
- visit the customers office for the orders closing
- coordination vendors / customers /logistics for completion of delivery
- follow up with customers as per payment terms mentioned in PO
- prepare all the necessary details like stationery , samples of products, standees, product catalog for exhibitions, and attend exhibitions
- open to travel out of Mumbai within Pan India for business meetings and exhibitions
Skills & Requirements:
- Presentable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good aesthetic sense
- Aware about basic design tools in case of emergencies
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Willingness to travel for meetings Pan-India when required.
- Experience in lifestyle, wellness, or D2C brands is a plus.
- proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages..
