Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales of industrial consumables. Candidates having exposure to wire ropes, lifting equipment, cables, rigging hardware, MRO products, construction materials, or related industrial products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, maritime, utilities, and industrial sectors.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, customer references, and industry events.
• Meet assigned sales targets through direct customer acquisition, dealer/distributor management, and key account development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, project managers, plant heads, and other decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Maintain sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates through CRM tools.

Industrial Wire Ropes, Steel Cables, Lifting Equipment, Shackles, Clamps, Slings, Towing Solutions, and Industrial Consumables.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2-6 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical understanding of industrial products and applications.
• Ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
