Role & responsibilities

Develop and manage customer relationships
Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Handle key accounts and support project-based sales
Work closely with clients to deliver innovative flooring and surface protection solutions

Preferred candidate profile

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
Background in construction, building materials, flooring, or related industries is preferred
