Location: Lower Parel Vashi, Mumbai On-site

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1 3 years (preferably in recruitment/staffing sales)

CTC: 3,00,000 4,00,000 per annum + Incentives (based on closures)

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive (Recruitment/Staffing), you will be responsible for driving business development by acquiring new clients for recruitment services, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment/staffing services
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking
  • Pitch recruitment services and close client contracts
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Track and update client and lead data in CRM tools
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Key Skills:

  • Strong sales and business development skills in recruitment/staffing
  • Good understanding of hiring processes and client requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree (completed)
  • 1 3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing sales or business development
  • Prior experience in client acquisition for hiring services will be preferred
