Experience Required: 1 3 years (preferably in recruitment/staffing sales)
CTC: 3,00,000 4,00,000 per annum + Incentives (based on closures)
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive (Recruitment/Staffing), you will be responsible for driving business development by acquiring new clients for recruitment services, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment/staffing services
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking
- Pitch recruitment services and close client contracts
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Track and update client and lead data in CRM tools
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Key Skills:
- Strong sales and business development skills in recruitment/staffing
- Good understanding of hiring processes and client requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree (completed)
- 1 3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing sales or business development
- Prior experience in client acquisition for hiring services will be preferred
