Job Description

Order generation and sales execution for export markets for pharmaceutical API sales
Generate high-quality leads through cold-calling, cold-emailing, and other strategic methods.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts
Coordinate with internal departments (regulatory, production, logistics, QA/QC) to ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
Coordination with external vendors (CHA, importers agents DGFT, Chamber of Commerce etc.) for order execution
Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate with freight forwarders/customs agents for arranging air/sea shipments depending on customer requirement.
Monitor shipment status, share updates with customers, and proactively resolve delays.
Maintaining records of sales activities, develop monthly MIS, forecasts
Troubleshoot problems
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support in sales planning and budgeting
