Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Client Consultation: Assess client needs and present customized product or service solutions that clearly highlight value.
- Negotiation & Closing: Address objections, negotiate pricing/contracts, and successfully finalize sales deals to meet monthly and yearly targets.
- Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling and repeat business.
- Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models to identify new selling opportunities.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, deals, and pipeline progress in the company CRM.
