Tele caller- Sales - KRA (Key Result Areas)
Designation: Tele caller / Tele sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, architects, interior designers, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads for furniture sales and projects.
- Maintain daily call targets and lead generation targets.
- Customer Follow-up
- Follow up on inquiries received through website, social media, exhibitions, and walk-in customers.
- Convert inquiries into showroom visits, meetings, or quotations.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects until closure.
- Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, showroom visits, and site visits.
- Coordinate meetings between customers and sales executives/design consultants.
- Product Promotion
- Explain furniture products, customization options, pricing, offers, and delivery timelines.
- Promote new collections, seasonal offers, and corporate furniture solutions.
- CRM & Database Management
- Update customer information, call records, and follow-up status in CRM.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer databases.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Sales Conversion Support
- Assist the sales team in converting leads into confirmed orders.
- Track quotations and pending orders.
- Ensure timely follow-up for order closure.
- Customer Service
- Handle customer queries regarding products, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Escalate complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated per month.
- Appointment booking ratio.
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
- Customer follow-up completion rate.
- CRM data accuracy.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Revenue generated through telecalling support.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English proficiency (regional language preferred).
- Knowledge of furniture products and interior solutions.
- CRM and MS Excel proficiency.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
