Job Description


Role Purpose:
Drive business growth by securing product specifications with architects, consultants, builders, and developers, and converting project opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage project sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Meet architects, consultants, PMCs, builders, and developers to promote company products.
  • Secure product approvals and specifications in upcoming projects.
  • Track projects from specification stage to order conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Achieve sales targets and submit regular project and sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Project Sales, Specification Sales, or Building Materials industry.
