Job Title: Direct Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor

The role involves interacting with students and parents, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward the right learning solutions offered by the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with students and parents through calls, follow-ups, and direct interactions
• Explain the company's courses, programs, and learning solutions in detail
• Conduct counselling sessions and field/home visits for interested customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic programs
• Generate and convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is Mandatory
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Passionate about sales, counselling, and customer interaction
• Candidate should have a personal laptop
• Two-wheeler preferred for field sales activities
