Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Identify potential clients' needs and provide solutions through effective communication.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales or telesales.
• Strong outbound sales skills with ability to meet targets consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
