Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales of residential real estate projects, including apartments, villas, plots, and premium housing developments. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert sales leads through references, channel partners, digital platforms, and direct marketing activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about residential projects.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable apartments, villas, and residential properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closure of sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and project teams for booking, documentation, and handover processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.


Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven experience in selling Residential Apartments, Villas, Plots, and Housing Projects.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong networking and lead generation capabilities.


Preferred Requirements

  • Existing network of brokers/channel partners will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations.
