Brief on the Job Position:

The Sales Executive - Frozen Foods will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of Ayekart Retail Private Limited s newly launched Frozen Foods brand in Lucknow and nearby regions.

Scope of Work:

The role involves distributor handling, retail market expansion, HoReCa sales, merchandising, and collections management. The candidate will report to the Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager and coordinate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams.

Main Tasks Responsibilities:

• Develop retail and distributor network in the assigned territory
• Appoint distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
• Generate sales from General Trade, Modern Trade, and HoReCa segments
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising
• Manage payment collections and outstanding dues
• Strong knowledge of the local market and existing relationships with food distributors will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of FMCG field sales experience, preferably in Frozen Foods, Dairy, Ice Cream, or cold-chain products
• Good local market knowledge and distributor network
• Graduate with relevant experience

Skills and Core Competencies:

Essential

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and relationship management
• Target-oriented approach
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
