Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to handle customers, achieve sales targets, and support daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products and recommend suitable options.
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle billing, customer queries, and complaints.
• Maintain product displays and stock availability.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• 12th pass/Graduate.
• 03 years of retail sales experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
