Role & responsibilities

• Skills & Knowledge Unparalleled Counter Sales ability with exceptional knowledge of Gold, Diamond & Jadau, Polki.
• Lead a sales & billing team, supervise operations.
• Attend walk-in customers and provide excellent product consultation.
• Drive individual sales targets and support team goals.
• Maintain high service standards and build long-term client relationships.
• Strategize and execute ideas for footfall and sales conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience Minimum 3-4 years in Jewellery Sales
• Communication – Excellent communication in Hindi, English, Bengali & Marwari
• Presentable, well-groomed, and confident
• Willingness to learn and grow in the jewellery industry
• Salary – as per market standards
• Flexible to relocate in any branch in Kolkata
• Employees may be considered for store shuffles at intervals of every three months.
