Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive (Education and manpower Consultation )

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our overseas recruitment services, generate leads, and build relationships with educational institutions, training centers, local agents, travel agencies , local KOLs, and job seekers through field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and direct client interactions.
• Promote the company's product ,packages to individuals, corporate clients, and travel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Visit colleges, businesses, and local organizations for promotional activities and lead generation.
• Explain travel packages, visa services, and holiday offers to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)/ any graduate can apply
• minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are an added advantage.
