Role & responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients. 2.Generate and qualify leads for hotel bookings, property sales, and other company services.
3. Explain company offerings and answer customer queries professionally.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. 5. Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
6. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities. 7. Maintain a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
8. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
9. Occasionally visit prospective clients and participate in sales meetings or site visits, as required, to assist in lead generation and business development efforts.
Preferred candidate profile
1. 12 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle customer objections and work under targets.
