We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at VR Mall, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in retail sales with excellent communication skills and a passion towards sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays to drive sales.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Assist the store manager in stock management and inventory control.
Demonstrate products and present them to customers to help them choose the right perfume.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to SOPs and store etiquette.
Support customers in identifying the right perfume and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

Preferably graduates with 2 years of experience in retail sales with any B2C brands; freshers can also apply.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are essential.
Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is required.
Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Familiarity with DSR and daily checklists, as well as stock audits and validation processes.
Experience in event handling and load list page creation.
