EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Any bachelors degree

WORK EXPERIENCE

Real Estate experience Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-use

Area of Experience Direct Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Site Visits, Deal Closure

Years of Experience: 13 years in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles

Willingness to work on weekends and travel locally for client meetings and site visits

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
Conduct site visits with potential buyers and explain project features, pricing, and benefits
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Follow up consistently to ensure deal conversion and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and pipeline updates
Meet individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to improve lead quality and customer experience
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Ensure timely documentation and coordination with legal and operations teams for closure
