Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned targets within the territory
  • Manage distributor relationships, including order collection, processing, and stock management
  • Ensure effective execution of trade schemes and promotions for retailers and distributors
  • Regularly expand market reach by adding new retail outlets and increasing touchpoints
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and field activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers to enhance product visibility and availability
  • Ensure effective implementation of company strategies at the ground level

Preferred Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of distribution management and retail sales
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
  • Basic proficiency in sales tools, Excel, and reporting systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
