Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company's products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Sales across the assigned territory to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize business growth and market penetration.
  • Appoint and manage Super Stockists (SS), Distributors, Dealers, and Retailers to strengthen the distribution network.
  • Ensure effective execution of Primary Sales (Company to Super Stockists/Distributors), Secondary Sales (Distributor to Dealer/Retailer), and Tertiary Sales (Retailer to End Customer) by closely monitoring the sales funnel.
  • Drive secondary and tertiary sales by implementing market activation programs, retailer engagement initiatives, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor distributor stock levels, inventory movement, and product availability to ensure uninterrupted supply across the market.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor retailer coverage, product visibility, merchandising, and competitor activities.
  • Identify and acquire new distributors, dealers, retailers, and corporate clients to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, key customers, and business stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, schemes, and annual business plans with channel partners.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control as per company policy.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer buying patterns to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
  • Represent the company at dealer meets, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to strengthen customer relationships and achieve business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.


Preferred Candidates

Experience in Telecom, Mobile Accessories, Electronics, Consumer Durables, B2B Sales, or Distribution Sales.

Candidates with an existing dealer/distributor network will have an added advantage.
