Job Summary
We are looking for ambitious and target-driven sales professionals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in selling FinTech products. The candidate will be responsible for advising customers on investment solutions, understanding their financial goals, and converting company-generated leads into successful policy sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through company-generated leads.
- Understand customers' investment and financial planning needs.
- Recommend suitable ULIP and life insurance investment products.
- Explain product features, investment options, returns, charges, and policy benefits.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.
- Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FinTech product sales is mandatory.
- Experience in selling products such as Digital Lending, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Wealth Products, Mutual Funds, Investment Products, Insurance, Stock Broking, Payment Solutions, or other FinTech/BFSI products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in ULIP, Life Insurance, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Financial Product Sales.
- Candidates from FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services organizations will be preferred.
