Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and CRM.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings.
- Maintain and update client data in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with developers and channel partners.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and basic reports.
- Assist in social media posting and digital marketing tasks.
- Manage office administration and documentation.
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and client servicing.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, MS Office, and basic computer applications.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in sales support, telecalling, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Female candidates are preferred (if applicable to your hiring policy).
