We are looking for a customer-oriented Inside Sales Executive (Business Consultant) for a Full-Time, On-Site role. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for entrepreneurs and business owners looking to register, manage, and scale their companies.
Unlike traditional sales roles that require endless cold calling, this role is 100% inbound and follow-up driven. You will be speaking directly with warm leadspeople who have actively reached out to us for assistance with corporate, taxation, and legal compliance solutions. Your goal is to understand their business needs, advise them on the best legal structures, and assist them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Consultation: Connect with inbound prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email to analyze their corporate requirements (e.g., Company Incorporation, LLP setup, GST, Trademarks).
- Solution Mapping: Act as a trusted Business Advisor by explaining the benefits, timelines, and pricing of different compliance packages clearly and professionally.
- Objection Handling: Address customer doubts regarding government fees, documentation, and legal processes patiently without using aggressive "hard-close" pressure.
- Disciplined Follow-ups: Nurture interested prospects who need time to collect their thoughts or documents, keeping the conversation warm and professional.
- Seamless Handover: Coordinate with clients to collect their primary registration documents and transition their accounts smoothly to our internal legal and accounting teams.
- CRM Tracking: Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all client interactions, follow-up dates, and payment statuses in our internal database.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, customer relationship management, or telesales. Freshers with excellent command over language and a quick learning curve are highly encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English. The ability to speak politely, clearly, and authoritatively with corporate clients is essential.
- Aptitude: A fast learner capable of understanding basic corporate terminology (like differences between an LLP and a Pvt Ltd) during initial training.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using everyday business tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and basic CRM systems.
