Job Description


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across international markets, including the United States
  • Introduce and present Mercurius Advisory Services' offerings in a clear and compelling manner
  • Identify and assess potential clients' accounting and financial requirements
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings with the internal business team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules via CRM or tracking tools
  • Consistently meet and exceed targets related to call volume, lead generation, and conversion
  • Conduct basic research on prospects prior to outreach to ensure informed and relevant conversations
  • Handle objections professionally and follow up strategically
  • Continuously build knowledge of our services and the industries we cater to

What We Are Looking For


  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telecalling, or inside sales.
  • A natural closer, someone who can move a conversation from introduction to interest to action.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English  confident, persuasive, and professional when engaging with international clients
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a previous role
  • Strong objection-handling skills, comfortable turning a "not interested" into a conversation
  • High call discipline, able to maintain energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism across a large volume of daily calls
  • Self-driven with a hunter mentality, does not wait to be pushed, takes ownership of the pipeline
  • Active listener who can identify a prospect's pain points quickly and pitch accordingly
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment where performance is measurable
  • Prior experience selling to US or international clients  will be given preference.
  • Exposure to accounting or financial services will be given preference.
