Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage showroom sales activities to achieve targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized car purchase solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends in the automobile sector.
  • Collaborate with other teams to execute sales strategies seamlessly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong knowledge of automobiles, particularly four-wheelers and two-wheelers is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is essential.
  • Familiarity with auto sales principles and practices is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams are needed.
