Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselors to join our Wizklub Sales Team in Hyderabad. The role involves connecting with parents of students from Grades 1 to 9, understanding the childs learning needs, and guiding families toward the right Wizklub Future Skills Programs. The counselor will be responsible for explaining program benefits, handling objections, driving enrollments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills (English along with Tamil preferred), a passion for education, and a goal-driven mindset. Prior experience in EdTech or academic sales will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students and parents (Grades 19) on Wizklub Programs.
  • Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert them into enrollments.
  • Give detailed information of Wizklub via calls in English and Kannada.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
  • Build long-term relationships with parents and students.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 0–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Academic Counseling / EdTech Sales preferred.
  • Fluency in Tamil or Kannada is Mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
